It is the type of website that connects employers to potential employees. This website will allow potential employees to fill out a customized form which will in turn allow a paying user to access a database of all the potential employees in the database. The paying user can search for candidates by a specific search criteria and qualifications and other information that was input into the form by the potential employee. This website has two components- web design and web development. The Design end will focus more on the look and aesthetic appeal of the website. This includes things like backgrounds, fonts, layouts, drop-downs, etc. The candidate I'm looking for should be knowledgeable in HTML/CSS and Javascript/jQuery. This website will also utilize things like user logins, sessions, database interactions, and any sort of purchasing functionality. I'm looking to hire someone with a server-side web language like PHP, ASP.NET, Django (Python), or Rails (Ruby).
