Build a Website for MKT

Needing to hire a developer that understands coding and can deliver website in working condition while completing it in phases. There will be many things that we need to function in this site and based on cost we will have to certain items completed in phases. This will be a fixed cost project. We will add to it because it will be an ongoing project. Once we have phase 1 we will discuss the next steps as well as support that is done at an hourly price. Please bid if you agree with these terms. We will only post 10% to begin the project. We will post another 40% when we see the progress and begin testing phase. After testing we will provide the other 50% so that we can launch with working site. We do have a mockup to provide that will show the direction and layout of the site desired. Mockup will be provided to winning freelance developer -Logo is also complete and can provide with some basic mockup functionality designs Phase 1 -Would like something easy to manage like Wordpress if possible so that we can make edits without relying on coding background -Blog with log in and basic profile page. Our members need to be able to interact but non registered participants will not be allowed to comment under posts. -We would like colorful graphics and ability to post videos, podcasts etc. -Please look at [login to view URL] This is very similar to the layout we would like. -Plug in of automatic content/blog articles that pertain to our area of interest. Health, fitness, nutrition etc. -Link back to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pintrest -Basic information gathering through profile (Would like functionality for a member, someone that is signed in, not only to comment on blogs but also have a button that they can click to check in. Check in will be able to be graphed monthly and available to view under members private profile. Similar to wireless forms technology we also would like to have a place from the site as well as it being mobile phone friendly for someone to log their breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as snacks. This will also be able to be provided to admin to graph based off information and used to help motivate and coach) -Possible open API integration with existing food and nutrition networks -Advertising space available as well as Google Adwords and other ways to monetize the site. -Mockup shows place to sell eBooks. We would like to write one and have it available with easy checkout method. Not looking for large ecommerce space but some merchandise such as eBooks and some shirts will be made available. -Photo album capability -Facebook Like button, Twitter, Instagram, Pintrest -RSS news feeds (updated content and are there ones that have pictures that go along with their posts?) -Automatic content on our interests and we would be willing to take suggestions. Majority of what we have asked for we have found on Wordpress or other template sites but it lacks what a professional can provide with coding and API integration. We would like to have site underway and first phase completed by next week if not soon. If possible we would like working blog and at least ability for users to comment done within a few days while the other sections are completed over time. This will be an ongoing project with added functionality. We expect the price to increase. Optional based off of price Not sure how much this will drive up cost but a section for paycam functionality (might not be part of phase one but interested in scope of work) -Pay per view for videos -Advertisements before videos so we could make some free As you bid for this project please keep in mind our budget. As much as we can fit in to initial budget as possible and then please break down what your requirements are for additional work so that we can negotiate and set up a plan to move out of phase 1 into phase 2 and so on. To have a working blog with fresh content within a few days would be ideal.
