I need a very simple website designed. Each user must be able to post their own photos on it. I want it to be a one or two page thing. One page will have a one photo gallery where the most recent photos are displayed. As the photos are submitted, the user must be able to fill out a box with their description. Posts on the home page are sorted by the time they were put on. This part is like instagram so far. The second page is the "results page". Each picture on the first page has a vote button to vote thumbs up or thumbs down. I want the pictures to be ranked on the second page by vote number. If its easier to make an android or iphone app for it then that would be fine as well.
