Hi All, Please kindly confirm you have read this proposal and viewed the link at [login to view URL] by placing RCP in the top of your proposal. This project is to assist with customizing an OpenCart theme on the above specified link. I need someone who is good with design to help create an amazing site! Obviously this is the initial project however I would like to create a good relationship with the winner to support ongoing work. Basically the changes are more so CSS related, however there maybe a few feature changes. Looking for someone who is really talented to help me out. If this is you, feel free to bid and I'll check out your portfolio. Looking to spend around $200 initially, we can develop a list for this price.
