I have an app mostly working already. It works in the development environment and I have seen it work on the developers phone but when I try to launch the APK it will not install properly. It says "App not installed". This should be an easy fix. Problem is my friend developed the app and is busy with his current job. I need the app done quickly. While we are at it I would also like you to test and debug the app and all the function. Hopefully you have access to a few android devices. Also, I would like you to improve the graphic design of the user interface. I would like nicer buttons/widgets and slicker backgrounds and text and anything else that you think might add to the apps look. The app only has about 7 or eight pages. We have other apps that need to be done in the near future so this could lead to other projects. In short -fix loading error -test and debug -improve graphic design
