Basic page templates + site logo

We need someone to design us some very basic page templates for a marketplace site. For each design there will be two pages - a shop page and a product page. An example of the kind of thing we want is [login to view URL] and then [login to view URL] or something like Ebay shops but with more information. We need 6 (SIX) templates designed initially. All the basic information should be available on all the designs but the box shapes, colours, positions etc need to change accordingly. Each shop and product page will have the shop logo/banner at the top and the addon information in boxes like in the above examples but the actual design and layout of the page and boxes etc is what we need. We only need PSD files of these - we do not require the HTML coding etc to be done but, obviously, bear in mind they all need to be coded and quick to load so something fairly simple is best. In addition we need a corporate logo designed - colours etc entirely at the discretion of the designer. We will provide the site name and theme on awarding the project and then its over to you. As these are all for the same project it is vital that they work together (i.e. the logo and the templates should complement each other).
