Hello Ryan, I did not see where we could access the file anywhere. Regardless, I am Richard Toland. I run InDesign 5.5 and CC and I specialize specifically in layout, design, and InDesign. Do you have the specifications for the printer you intend to use or do you just need it ready in general? Either way getting it print ready and adding an extra page should not be a big deal.
