A Guide to Overcome Book

Hello my name is Sekou, and this is the 1st of a 4-book "how to" self development book series. This 1st book "A guide of overcoming the effects of negative experiences"- will be structured as follows: general information and statement showing why people who have had negative experiences are suffering from the side effects -(most without knowing that they are suffering) to help explain their problem and to shed light as to why they MUST seek and get help. I am not a Medical professional, so I researched and attached several articles and quotes from online sources explaining the medical terminology and symptoms of the effects. I need these articles to be reviewed and summarizes so that the essence of what they cover is captured without using the actual words of the authors of the articles. The actual How- to Solutions is my work which just has to be rewritten for proper grammar and language correction. Please contact me so we can chat to get this project started. Proposed Book Outline -I am open to suggestions Objective:- To provide the readers with the tools to overcome the effects of negative emotions. Overview:- Inform readers that negative experiences have effects that cause them to make decisions and take actions that devalue their life experience. Unless these effects are addressed, controlled or overcome, they will never be able to experience [the full richness life has to offers]. However, they have the power to take control and change their destiny, and this book will give them the tools to do just that. Goal:- Show the readers that negative experiences have damaging effects, try to convince them to take actions to reverse any such effects and provide the necessary instructions. Methodology:-  Outline the Problem  Breakdown the Diagnoses, using medical information (articles and references)  Provide the Solution i. Prepare them to use the tools correctly to get the desired results - Show Why people do what they do - Show Why people fail - Show Why people succeed ii. Briefly inform them of belief systems - how these are formed and how they can be changed iii. Briefly inform them on how the mind works - to show how they can reprogram their minds. iv. How to use the triad approach (Focus, Physiology and language) to change emotional states v. Explain the benefits of Coherence and alignment:- [the act of using several approaches at one time for greater effect] vi. Outline the steps and exercises - Get to know yourself - Get to love yourself - Create a desire for having the best for yourself - Create the desire to seek information to take action to improve their lives - Follow the instructions and exercises - Proposed Books 1.
