I am an engineer with decades of experience in Si, logic, software, and hardware design, validation and debug. I am very personable, friendly and outgoing. I use my mobile phone extensively, as a tool, an entertainment device, as well as a phone/internet device. As a result I play a lot of mobile games, and like to talk about them with others.
I do not live in San Francisco, but I do live in Northern California, and I have transportation to get me to the event and back home reliably. I am an independent consulting engineer, but business is slow and I have only started my consultancy in the last calendar year. As a result, I am willing to take jobs like this for the money obviously, but also for the networking opportunity that it represents. I will meet you, and others who may have need for hardware, firmware, or software engineering help on their projects. I would take the opportunity to pass out my business cards, etc. to the other exhibitors before and after the show closes to the public (i.e. when I'm not helping you in your booth) So, this could be a win-win for me. I get bills paid, and with any luck, a prospective customer or two.
