animation for web-based game

I have a real-time web-based text-based fighting game.? Currently, all actions are displayed in text through a matchreplay aspx page.? I would like to have this page redesigned so that instead of users read text, they will watch the fight with animations/graphics. Here is? an example of a single match as it is implemented today: [login to view URL] The way it works is there is a background game engine that figures out how the match plays out and stores the fighting sequences in a database. Then, the front-end ([login to view URL]) queries the database via web service every x seconds, then displays the appropriate text. In this project, I would like the redesigned interface to continue to query the database via the same web service, then display the appropriate animations based on what is returned by the web service. Basically, the front-end would say "give me the next sequence of actions (ex: fighter 1=punch, fighter 2=block, result=knockdown). The? redesigned page? would then display the appropriate animation sequence between the two fighters. I would like the animation to look like the animation sequences found on www.mybrute.com. In other words, I wouldn’t want to have a sequence of animations repeated for every hair/outfit/color combination.? Instead, these items would be like a “skin??. I am requesting a quote for the creation of two characters, plus animations for punches (jab, uppercut, hook), kicks, knees, etc.? I need to own the copyrights to the characters created.? Please include the price, as well as your ideas as to how the animations could be reused per fighter, and how things like clothing and hair could be “skinned?? on the fighter.? Also indicate whether you would be creating the animations in Flash, Silverlight, or other.? Indicate what tools you would be using as well.?
