Converting Quicktime element to Flash

I have a website [login to view URL] and I had a friend of mine do it. He knows Cold fusion pretty well but doesn\\\'t know flash very well at all. The site actually branches off into 2 sites our surf shop site and our skate shop site. We have actually had both sites up for over a year, but we just did revisions on both and took them out of frames. Right there is a quicktime surf movie playing on both sites when you open it up and it also restarts everytime you click on a link. I would like to have that little square section be a flash movie with a drop down button so that the viewer can select from several movies to view. I have Final Cut Pro and Flash Mx. I\\\'m fairly good at Final Cut pro, but not as good at Flash. Although I\\\'m a fast learner, I don\\\'t have alot of time and would rather have someone layout this task for me ( I own and run the surf & skate shop and also manufacture surfboards, and with a wife and 2 little boys, time is limited) I will attach what I\\\'ve done so far, but what I would like is if you could give me back a template of some sort that I can use to add 3 to 10 movies into and change it around whenever I want. Also some advice on compression, should I be using Sorenson Squeeze? I guess an outline of the processes to follow in order to get the best results. I don\\\'t want to use the quicktime player, because I know way more people already have the flash player on their computers and hopefully the flash player can be set to not restart everytime you click on a link.
