I need a flash video player using the latest STREAMING capabilities of Flash
Media Server 3.5.
The classes were just released on mat 22nd, al link is below in this email
The player should be for Flash player 10 and written in Actionscript 3.
It needs to have the following controls..
play/pause button
rewind to start button.
mute button.
A scrubber bar with a time display.
I have a progressive download player with all of the controls and functions
that you can look at.
I can supply all of the graphics, they will be the same ones as the
progressive download player.
In the progressive player link below...
Mouse over the scrubber bar to see the time display I mentioned.
Click the scrubber bar to move to a new point in the video

The example has a mask that changes size, I can take care of that, but would
need access to the time code of the video as a variable.
I would be happy to send the FLA file of the example to modify and combine
with the new player.
The new player needs to take advantage of the dynamic stream switching
of Flash Media Server 3.5.
I do NOT want to use the flash FLVPlayback component.
You will need the new ADOBE ACTIONSCRIPT 3.0 DYNAMIC STREAMING CLASSES
You can download these here

The download tools link is at the top and requires you to log in.
The player must read the set of different bitrate files to use for switching
from a SMIL file.
To change videos I need to be able to load a new SMIL file to the player
using a button.
The player must resize to the correct size for the playing video.
The controls should reposition so that the control bar area is the same
width as the video. The scrubber bar would change size to achieve this.
You can assume that the video will never be less than 400 pixels wide.
I would also like to display the bitrate and filename of the currently
playing F4V file in a text box.
I have a set of F4V video files compressed to different bitrates on a server
with which you could test.
I can send you the path to them if you take the job.
I suggest you take a look at these tutorials and sample files that Adobe
posted, you can build from the examples.
