Digital Magazine - turn PDFs into flash flip books

We are a new start organization on a small budget, working on re-launching a youth publication of up to 66 pages as a digital magazine and are in need of two things: 1) A CMS powered website basically using one of the free CMS packages out there…joomla, mambo opensource etc…to create a one page site for our digital publications, similar to this: [login to view URL] OR [login to view URL] that we could update ourselves by putting images of new issues on page with link, also it needs to have a user login interface as users would need to log in to read magazine. We’d like music playing on the homepage 2) A page flipping software that would allow us to turn PDF’s into digital magazines ourselves every issue and put online. We like [login to view URL] as it’s large, readable and user friendly and would need something similar that also has a visible box that readers can see with zoom, contents page, and how to read details…we’d also like ability to hyperlink to a site and play music, we specifically do not want PDF extraction… We hope you can create something that we can easily use and reuse but if you’re unable to do that but can create something for each issue, please let us know the cost implications.
