Creative work for Viral email and implementation of viral

Please only respond if you either have experience with viral email marketing or can come up with a realistic plan that is detailed in your PMB and shows you have an understanding of it(bids without a PMB will be rejected straight away). I am looking to use someone to work together with, in order to design and implement a viral email marketing campaign. The campaign is to be started late January / early February next year, but this is something that needs to be planned now. We require someone who is creative, understands the UK market in general, and either has an understanding of the UK student market, or can demonstrate that they will be able to develop this. As this is an ongoing project, I have placed it under the "medium project" category. This is negotiable however. PLEASE NOTE - the bid amount is NOT going to determine who I choose for this project. You must display an understanding of the subject for me to consider you. The project will essentially contain 2 parts: a) Thinking about and constructing the viral email. It is probably going to take the form of an image or a short video clip so we require someone who has the ability and the creativeness to come up with ideas and then implement them. b) Sending the viral email. The issue here is the tracking and monitoring. Again, you must have either experience or knowledge of this area. For your bid to be considered I need you to explain to me why I should choose you.
