Dear Sir/ Madam, We are a Business Process Outsourcing firm, in the name of Infinity Servisols, since last Ten years having varied experience in Domestic and International processes. We have done data entry work for NBFC (Non Banking Finance Company) of their loan forms in excel spreadsheet format with details regarding name, loan amount, number of installments, vehicle model financed, loan completed/ in progress, EMI amount and such further details in separate excel grids for analysis purpose. The loan proposals were spread across 250 locations across all states of India. The number of such forms processed exceeded 2,50,000 records and the process was completed within the given time period. We have a vast experience in bookkeeping work including invoice entries, bank statement, debtors and creditor’s reconciliation and other related work. We currently have ongoing accounting work for more than 100 small and medium scale businesses. We are also doing on going as well as turnkey projects. Ongoing projects include Insurance Policy Keying process of US based client i.e. conversion of insurance policies taken for loan from PDF format to Excel format. Other US based projects include indexing project wherein more than 50 million scanned documents have to be indexed and data entry done as per client specifications. I knew the amount for the project is big which convert in RM157222. I manage my time in 8hours per day to do your work (minimum). And will reward myself RM20/hours. By calculation i need to settle your work within 122 days. That is my plan if i am doing by myself. I wont greedy because this big amount need team to settle it as soon as possible. Recently, I’ve really been concentrating on keyboard shortcuts and not using the mouse. I’ve seen people work ridiculously fast with just the keyboard and want to get to that level. Until now, I able to do excel work by mostly using keyboard shortcuts perfectly. I also know how to structure & present a data so that it looks impressive. I have a good understanding of Excel features like tables, cell styles, formatting options is necessary to make awesome Excel workbooks. Other than that, I also know the some other skills such as data tables which help us model practical problems & analyze massive amount of data for a solution, solver which helps us model practical problems & find a solution by iterating thru all possibilities, for example, finding cheapest way to ship goods from one location to another and lastly simulations which we can simulate real-world data & situations in Excel using various random functions & statistical methods.
