Hi, I am an Architect and we do complete designs and quantity estimations for projects. For your project, you have an area of 6000 sft per floor, so total for 6 floors, built-up area is 36000 sft. For these kinds of project, we need an architectural plan to get an idea of space allocation. Then we have to do an estimation based on PWD schedule of rates as per Indian Standards. The quantity survey can be done with volumetric estimate or quantity estimate to come to a conclusion. regards, Wrishitesh
