Need someone to build a excel template which can track orders over a ten day ordering cycle. We are a farming business which provides raw vegetables to 5 different customers from 2 different farms. We have 15 different products we sell. The delivery time to customers varies depending on the customer and also the farm the product is harvested from. We also need to calculate the amount of freight leaving each farm for each customer. We forecast every week on a Wednesday morning and give that forecast to customers for the coming week (Sun-Sat or Monday- Sunday) depending on the customer. To do the forecast accurately we need to reconcile what orders we currently have in the system for the current week and then allocate the balance as well as new crops for delivery the next week. Also because environmental conditions are changing the product availability can change and need to reconcile what we have available during the week on a daily basis. I expect someone to complete this project within 5-10 hours. See attached sheet as a bit of a guide
