Automate the attached excel template example checklist.
Automation is in the form of filtering and sorting the list.
Each row in column C is a different question.
The questions will be filled out by me after the "programming" / "automation" has been done by the succesful freelancer.
There are 5 possible answers to each question (columns D to H).
There is only one answer per question (1 out of 5 possibilities).
Once a column has been selected as an answer, it is desireable, but not essential, that the rest of the columns in the same row cannot be selected, so that you cannot get two answers to the same question.
Selection of the answer (cell or checkbox etc) must be done via a mouse, not the keyboard.
Once a question has been answered, I must have some way of highlighting the question so that it is obvious that it has been answered...this will give me the ability to see at a glance if any question has not been answered...in worksheet 2 of the example file, the question cell turns a different colour once a question has been answered. Alternatively the text may turn a different colour etc.
I must have the ability to sort and filter the checklist by using any of the headings in Row 7.
For example, I can hide any row that has column D, E or H selected/checked, so that only the rows that have "Does not Comply" and "Not Clear" selected/checked, are visible. I then need to be able to sort the visible rows by the row number, or the reference number or the Question Number (see worksheet 3 in the sample).
