Delivering UK cultural awareness training

We are looking for an excellent Process and Communication Trainer, who will be training our customer relationship officers to improve their skills and knowledge, to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Your Responsibilities: • Responsible for training delivery of approved training content, quality and coordination for all new hire, refresher, communication (language and voice & accent), and Soft skills training. • Delivering UK cultural awareness training • To prepare training Material and plan the training Module. • Analyze the coaching / training needs of the customer support officers & support them in delivery. • Need to share process updates on the floor. • Need to prepare process related documents. • Develop action plans and report the improvement process in business reviews. • Responsible to escalate possible new hire attrition and flag poor performance, misfit skills or behavioural issues in training promptly. • Identify a regular monitoring process to check the effectiveness of the implementation (in context with customer service attitude, grammar, language correction, pronunciations, cultural fitment, response modification, personalization etc.) Your Qualities: • 4 Years of core experience in quality training. • Hands-on experience in UK process training must. • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools • Technical knowledge of English communication - intonation, syllable, punctuation etc. • Phenomenal communication, presentation, Feedback & Coaching skills. • Receptiveness to change. • Must be a graduate.
