Hello! I can help you with the 3D modeling of the building. I've seen VariCAD (but I've never used it). Anyway it works exactly like other CAD softwares. I use 123DDesign (an Autodesk CAD free software) or SketchUp (another free software, very useful for buildings). Anyway, the one I use the most is Blender (another free software) which can make whatever you need. If I can help, that would be great. Stay well!
