Buenas Me podría comentar que necesita hacer mas en concreto, un poco mas de información sobre su proyecto y tiempo de entrega máximo ya que yo podría ayudarlo con su desarrollo del código fuente del Arduino, ademas de la elección del hardware correcto o de ser necesario crear una PCB personalizada donde se coloque los módulos de manera fácil y tenga acceso a las entradas de los sensores. Por lo que veo necesita conseguir armar un modulo Arduino capas de obtener la lectura de hasta 10 sensores, con los cuales si alguno de sus valores pasa de un nivel establecido con anterioridad, este envía un mensaje de texto con la información del problema o sensor que paso del limite. Para realizar el mismo existen varios modelos de moden GSM y Arduinos se tendría que elegir conversando cual cumple con sus necesidades y que tenga un bajo costo pero a la vez que sea robusto. I am embedded software engineer. I have over 3 years experience in embedded system development. Especially i implement in software development phase for ARM, AVR, Arduino, .... About your topic, it is easy to handle. We should connect with some kind of sensors and get information from them. Then setting the threshold for them. And we have to monitor these sensor in real time. If any threshold is exceeded, we send command to GSM module for notifying. With my experience, i confident to handle this one perfectly. About the detail we should discuss more.

Above is for coding only. Cost of extra hardware (GSM modem, keypad, exclosure, signal amplifiers etc. Will be extra, can quote for that when more details are available.

Hi, I'm Maulana. I have experience using SIM 900a Module to send Message using SMS. Shortly, in my last project i made tele-protection system so the control and the sensor separate with distances. I Uses SIM 900a to send sensor data to the control station. The system will send SMS when the value of the sensor exceed limit that I have been set before. And I also Uses Data logger shield to logging the data. Every SMS that SIM 900a send will be recorded with time and date of the data send. So I can monitor it by see the logging data. Basicly I just need one day to set communication using GSM Module, but I spare another day to combine your sensor in this system, because I don't know what sensors that you will use. I suggest you use GSM MODULE SIM 900a than use cellphone, Arduino UNO/Mega, and Data Logger Shield (if you want to set date and time for sms warning). It will be cheap to use three of it.
