Bluetooth USB Adapter PCBA Update

I have schematics and am looking to update my existing PCBA Gerber files, the work is re-sizing the PCBA and re-arranging or adding a few new components. All designers must be able to speak english, be able to communicate with our engineer on a daily basis until the work is completed, if they can output 3D Modeling this would be a advantage. Must have OrCAd or Cadence software. Must sign our NDA and NCA agreements before starting work. Must understand the job before accepting the work.
