anti malware.dll loaded into process and LdrUnloadDll has been hooked

I frequently get machines loaded with malware and regularly find a dll called '[login to view URL]' loaded into every process and LdrUnloadDll has been hooked to prevent it from unloading, a majority of the time most tools do sucessfully remove all the malware however some dlls remain resident and cant be unloaded preventing other things from working correctly. In that instance the dll wont unload because FreeLibrary/LdrUnloadDll have been hooked, an alternate way of unloading a dll from memory , i need this project.
