I am interested in applying for the position advertised. I have created 2 samples for you to consider based on your instructions in the job post, I have chosen 3 out of each type and hopefully I have understood your needs, please let me know if they are correct. Qualifications include City and Guilds in typing and office practice, I have good computer skills, including using the internet efficiently.
I always welcome any opportunity to add to my skills and knowledge so would be happy to train for this position.
My aptitude for attention to detail and always aiming to achieve the best result possible is perfect for this type of work, I wont accept anything less than the best from myself and gain satisfaction from knowing I have done something well. I am a very quick learner, adding to my knowledge is important to me.
My previous experience of Customer Service, Retail Sales and as a self-employed Beauty consultant, for which I performed demonstrations of products in customers homes (Party plan) and also providing a Wedding Make-up service, prove I am efficient, organised and self-driven, capable of using my initiative when required also communicating effectively with others, whether in a team -with a common goal- or establishing a rapport with customers of every kind. A friendly, approachable attitude was a priority in The Beauty industry or dealing with the public on the telephone as a Market researcher and Call centre betting clerk.
The hours that you require me to work are manageable as I am seeking work which I can fit around my family (school etc), I can work any time I choose to and I am available for the foreseeable future or until I secure employment. I have Skype.
