I'm a freelancer with a Bachelor's degree in English and a Master's degree in Library and Information Science. Recently, I completed a year-long temporary job as Knowledge Management Officer at an economic consulting firm in Chicago. As KM Officer, I digitized, uploaded, cataloged, refined, and analyzed documents and large datasets in an internal SharePoint database. This task required sorting, filtering, using formulas, and many other tasks in Microsoft Excel.
