2 x excel templates to be created for client data entry. Content and examples provided but this needs to include my business logo and one other, also provided. I need to be able to send to clients for them to populate and save as .pdf and return to me for filing. I must be able to edit in the future. The examples provided are a starting point for content but it needs someone who can make look more professional and user friendly.
