Project requires building a database of faith-based organizations (Churches) located in Fulton County Georgia. A program such as Microsoft Access (or I am open to recommendations) would need to be used to create the database. The following further explains the needs and expectations for this project: • The database would include 891 entries. • Of these 891 entries, I have a list of facilities by name and street addresses. • The builder will need to research (online websites, internet searches, etc.) and fill in all other required information fields (see attached example of the information that will need to be included. • Project must be completed in thirty days from date of contract. • I must be able to edit the end results if needed. • I must be able to sort the data by multiple fields if needed. • I need a fixed budget price.

Hi there. This could be done in either Access or Excel. Excel is not really a database but for relatively small datasets, such as this one (less than 1k records) it should still work reasonably well, unless you need a search tool. (It is fairly easy to sort by multiple columns). Access is also fine. Just so I understand, did you say that you have the list of 891 entities, by name, each of which must have their contact details found by us here? I'd develop the DB and ask my assistants to spend the next two weeks finding details so we're able to accurately populate the DB and then send it back to you. Thanks
