Correcting geofencing inside GPS mapping software

We have recently upgraded the gps mapping system in our business and we now require the geofences to be correctly set in order to track vehicles correctly. The freelancer will be updating the geofences for our creditors and debtors which is 341 addresses in total. Instructions can be seen in the 7 uploaded image files. The geofences excel document which contains all the exact addresses is also uploaded. Once a geofences has been attempted the freelancer will need to select an option from the 'GEOFENCE COMPLETION" column in the excel document and if it is not 100% certain then a note as to why needs to be input. Please note that whilst we are 99% sure the data is correct we expect the freelancer to do a quick google search to confirm before doing each geofence and if the excel sheet is incorrect then the correct address should be put in the notes of the Excel document and the geofence for the new address completed on the Fleetmatics website. The entries, including checking on google take no more than 60 seconds usually based on our testing however we are offering the freelancer have priced the project based on a 3min average so we are offer significantly more than what we believe the time will be to ensure it is completed 100% and that may mean a couple of attempts to get it right so the freelancer needs to understand this is not simply a 1 pass job. There may need to be 3-4 attempts, we dont think this will happen but it may and so we have priced the job accordingly. If there is any questions please dont hesitate to ask prior to accepting the job but to be clear, all 341 geofences need to be perfectly entered so that is when completion will be accepted. Thank you
