Business Card Data Entry and Additional Research

Job Summary: Enter data from business cards into CSV table. In addition to the information on business card, find further details (industry type and website address) from online research. Requirements: - English language - Chinese language - Data entry experience Description: We have a collection of around 400-500 business cards that require entering into a CSV table. The business cards are in both English and Chinese-language, so the candidate will need to be capable at reading and writing these two languages. To allow us to filter the information correctly, we will also require the following additional information entering for each business card entry: 1) industry type, 2) website address. This information will need to be available through a Google search. We have already prepared a CSV template for the data entry task. Example fields: FIRST NAME* LAST NAME* NAME (中文) EMAIL* ALTERNATE EMAIL TITLE* COMPANY* COMPANY NAME (中文) INDUSTRY* DESCRIPTION HOME PHONE WORK PHONE CELL PHONE* FAX STREET CITY* STATE ZIP COUNTRY* REFERRAL WEBSITE* TAGS TWITTER SKYPE LINKEDIN FACEBOOK WECHAT (*starred fields are required. non-starred fields should be entered only if available on business card) Business cards will be posted to you via recorded mail (FedEx/DHL). They will also need to be returned to us once the task is completed, the costs of this will be covered. Bids should include an estimate of the time required and an hourly rate.
