Directory entry

I am a leading UK based database company and I am looking for a company to enter data accurately from a set of directories to set fields on an excel spreadsheet I [login to view URL] work is scheduled for September/October. I have worked with an Ahmedebad business for over two years so understand exactly what I don't want. The freelancer I need must have 1. English as a first language. 2. A proven knowledge of the geography of the UK. I will test. 3. A website with contact details so I can see who you are and contact you. 4. A realistic cost per 1000 entries. I don't pay for errors. I know the rates, so anything above what I expect will not be considered. Approx 15 fields. I would estimate that the number of entries will be close to 20,000. 5. This work can be carried out over one month - six weeks, directory by directory 5. A paypal account so I can pay you. I pay at the end of every month. 6. An invoice that can be sent to me at the end of every month for work that is carried out. 7. An address where the directories can be sent to by Amazon. I will refund the cost of the directory. Don't waste my time if you can't answer any of the above. This has to be done manually as making a PDF and copying into Excel does not work as the data fields are complex
