Contact Information Research and Data Fill-in

I need someone to find me the contact information for all personal photographers in Toronto, Canada. The information needs to be filled out in the attached Excel spreadsheet. PERSONAL PHOTOGRAPHER means: • a freelance (self-employed) photographer who is hired to take personal pictures of someone / an event • for example (but not limited to): wedding photographer, baby photographer, portrait photographer, engagement photographer, events photographer, family photographer • NOT photo editors, commercial (advertising) photographers, landscape / wildlife / aerial photographer, etc. Expect to find: around 40-60 photographers per hour worked HOW TO SEARCH: *these are guidelines only; it would be great if you manage to find other efficient ways to search for photographers* • Google search (eg. "photographers in Toronto"; "Toronto wedding photographers"; etc.) • Facebook search • Kijiji • Craigslist • Freelancer sites • photographer directories The Excel spreadsheet guidelines: 1) Company: the name of the photography business / studio 2) Name of contact(s): full name(s) of the photographer(s) *there may be more than one photographer per business *if you cannot find the full name, just the first/last name is fine. 3) Own website? (yes/no): Do they have their own photography website? Yes/no? 4) Website / Portfolio: Copy & paste the url to their website, or wherever their portfolio is displayed *eg. some may use a Facebook page instead of an actual website -> copy&paste that url 5) Email address 6) Phone number 7) Where did you find them?: copy&paste the url of the webpage where you found them (eg. a directory, Kijiji, Craigslist, Google Search) MAKE SURE: 1) If any information is not available, leave it blank 2) There are no doubles (do not list the same photographer twice). Note: I have filled out two rows in the attached spreadsheet as examples for your understanding. Job Description: We are currently seeking an expert Data Entry Specialist who can find information from a variety of sources and can accurately and quickly integrate it into our systems. Here's what you need to know. Your responsibilities: - Conduct resourceful and efficient Internet searches - Organize and input data into our spreadsheet - Deliver requested data assets to team members in a timely fashion - Ensure the accuracy of both data input and output - Periodically conduct verification sessions as necessary Your qualifications: - able to work efficiently, accurately, as soon as possible - need a complete list as soon as possible, so able to work all the hours necessary in a short period of time (maximum a week) - Previous experience in data entry - Willingness to take feedback and adapt to requests - Ability to pay close attention to detail as well as excellent organizational skills - Typing speed of 60 WPM or higher - A work style that is extremely detail oriented
