Creative Flash artist needed

I need a very creative flash designer to design a flash animation advertisement. BIDDERS PLEASE REFERENCE ONE FLASH BANNER IN YOUR BID. NOTICE TO AUTO BIDDERS Please know that bidders who post some gibberish not referencing this project directly are automatically disqualified. THE PROJECT You are creating an advertising banner, to be placed in the leftmost column of the website www.einkamal.is. The advertising banner you will create advertises chat lines. The advertisement is targeting male callers of any age. The size of the banner is 136x136px. SOURCE MATERIAL I am including a photograph, a psd file and a gif animation. The photograph is of a nice young lady talking on the phone. This photograph, and/or similar photographs that you select and supply, should create the background of the flash animation. The psd file contains the text of the animation in text layers. The gif animation is for reference only. It should give you an idea of how I need for the flash animation to behave. But this is where your creative talent comes into play. What I am showing you is very dull. Your delivery should be very artistic and original. YOUR DESIGN Your design of the animation should, in addition of being highly artistic and original, be quiet and unobtrusive. It should take notice of the fact that this banner will stay in view of the user for perhaps many minutes, even up to 30 minutes. Therefore it may not at all be "flashy" and annoying. Also it should of course load very fast. CLICK COUNTER Later I will supply you code that needs to be inserted into the banner so that clicks can be counted. SIZE The size of the banner is 136x136px. INITIAL DELIVERY You will initially deliver a mockup of your product. We will discuss that mockup if needed, and you may be asked to make some changes. POSSIBLE REJECTION I am seeking an artist, not run-of-the-mill material. Therefore I explicitly reserve the right to REJECT your design AND CANCEL THE PROJECT if I do not like you mockup. FINAL DELIVERY The text on the flash animation is in Icelandic. That language uses a few special charachters that are most likely not in the character set of your computer. Your final product will anticipate that I need to be able to open it and insert the special Icelandic characters. MORE PROJECTS I will regularly need to have flash banner advertising created for me, for a variety of sites and portals I am slowly bringing to market. PAYMENT Payment will be through GAF escrow only. The full price will be deposited in escrow at the beginning of the project, immediately following acceptance of your bid, and released only when you have delivered the final satisfactory version.
