Need someone to help with layout for internal pages of novel manuscript. Manuscript is finished and has been fully edited. We already have a cover design. In the end, we’d like a unique format for internal pages (unique font, dropcaps at beginning of each chapter, lines, etc) that’s ready to print @ Lightning Source. We purchased a Word template with these formatting features. We simply need someone to put the full text of the manuscript into the template (or someone to create a unique layout with font and other formatting).
