Article Writer/Rewriter Needed, $1 Per 400 - 500 words

Description I am looking for writer/rewriter. I will need approximately 3 (or more if you can) articles, on a variety of subjects, submitted for my approval PER DAY with a need for about 30 articles to start. I pay via escorow within 24 hours of completion of each 30 article project. All articles MUST be written by a NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKING writer. Please don't bid if you aren't able to meet these requirements. Payment: I will pay $1.00 per 400-500 word article. Writer who prove themselves to be of excellent quality will be eligible for a raise in the future. I am looking for 1 GOOD writer who are looking for long term work. I will pay at the completion of each 30 article group. For quality enhancement, I will provide 5-10 simple phrases (LSI) that will need to be integrated in the articles I will supply you with keywords for the article. You will need to use the keywords I provide in a normal and conversational way throughout the article. The keyword will need to be in the article title, first sentence and used another 6-10 times throughout the rest of the article. All articles must be at least 60% unique, they will be reviewed through Copyscape and Dupecop for plagiarism. If an article you submit to me does not pass Copyscape or has spelling and punctuation mistakes, you will not be paid for that article until it is corrected and resubmitted to me for approval. The articles need to be informative to the reader with 100% correct grammar and punctuation. They ABSOLUTELY MUST read like they are written by a Native English speaker...this is very important. Any articles with grammar mistakes will have to be re-written before I pay you for them. No exceptions. You agree that upon sending me the rewrites all rights to the rewritten articles transfer to me. This means you will not sell, reproduce or re-use these articles in any manner. Please be able to communicate 1-2 times per day via email. When bidding please bid on the first project of 30 articles. My budget is for $1 per article. Please type this in your PM to me..
