Article Rewriter Needed asap

Hello, I need a person or persons to rewrite articles that I will provide. This would be on a regular basis with 30 to 50 articles per week. I will pay $1.00 per rewrite with an increase possible according to your writing skills and responsible manner in which you work. The subject matter of each article will cover a wide range of topics, including pets, home decor, cooking, debt, credit, fitness, weight loss, travel, saving money, internet marketing, dating, etc. Each article MUST be written in perfect English with no grammar, punctuation or spelling errors. It must be concise and to the point and not just filled up with 'fluff' words. The article must progress in a casual and conversational manner. The person or persons that I hire MUST be native English speakers, ie: Canada, US, UK, AUS or NZ. I am hiring someone to do this so I DON'T have to do the rewrites so please don't bid if you are not a native English speaker. Each article must be at least 85% unique and must pass Copyscape and Plagiarism Detect and contain the amount of words as close as possible to the original. This means if the original article is 500 words then the one you rewrite can be from 475 to 525 words. If an article you submit to me does not pass Copyscape or has spelling and punctuation mistakes, you will not be paid for that article until it is corrected and resubmitted to me for approval. I pay via PayPal after each 10 articles that I accept. If payment is required through GF, I can do that also but I prefer PayPal. I will not be able to pay if all requirements in this listing aren't met, so please don't bid if you can't meet these requirements. You agree that upon sending me the rewrites, all rights to the rewritten articles transfer to me. This means you will not sell, reproduce or re-use these articles in any way. I will communicate with you via IM or email. Prior to accepting your bid I will send you a 300+ word article for you to rewrite. If it isn't acceptable I'll let you know why so you may improve your skills and if you are selected for this project I will pay you for this sample rewrite.
