Client Database Project

We have a client that needs additional work done to their current database to make it more robust. We would like to find a database developer to work with long term on this project as we do not have the resources to employ one fulltime. The developer must have Cake PHP and MySQL experience and be able to add the features to their existing database. Features needed are: 1. Need more columns added than what are currently available with the ability to add more later on. 2. Ability to import an excel file to the database and populate the DB 3. Ability to run custom reports based on criteria that is presented via check boxes A video with full explanations is available to developers we feel would be a good fit for the project. Project mus be completed within 10 days of the project being awarded to you so please do not bid if you do not check you FL account daily. Milestones will be awarded based on shown progress, if you request the full amount upfront you will be ruled out of the process. All work must be done and uploaded daily to show us and the client progress to the clients server via Canada or USA Proxy no IPs from overseas. The developer must have very good English and be able to meet deadlines. If this project is not completed by the date specified by the client then no payment will be made for missed deadlines.
