Thanks for your post on Freelancer, firstly I would like to say that we DO NOT ASK TO RELEASE PAYMENT till the entire project is complete. Only thing that we request is that you put in an escrow deposit that you do not release till the end of the project. I placed a very generic bid because, you are missing quite a bit of information: How many pages? Do you want pages to look differently on different devices?
