[login to view URL] supports the popular iRacing motorsports simulation program.
iAnalzye is a well-received tool and users are demanding new features, which includes the ability to display critical pit stop information on screen during the simulation.
To accomplish this I need a DirectX expert to implement a hook into the DirectX rendering pipeline to allow my program iAnalyze Racing to deliver updates to the screen. (And allow the user to position them on screen as well)
There are plenty of examples on how to accomplish this, but I;ve run into trouble finding a successful method that doesn't violate iRacing's cheat detection software. FRAPS a popular frame rate display tool works fine in iRacing so it is possible.
The final deliverable must work in both a 32 bit and 64 bit versions of the iRacing application and support Win 7, 8 and 10.
I would also like a non-trivial demonstration of rendering in DirectX so I can extend the tool as I see fit. The demo should include rendering a box that contains a signal name and value, and the ability to flash the text.
Ideally I would like a C# interface to provide the rendering, however C++ is fine.
