Convert Console App to C++Builder2009 VCL MDI application

Skills: 1) Must have C++Builder 2009 and have knowledge of C++ Programming. 2) Must have knowledge of COM programming in C++Builder 2009 VCL MDI applications. 3) Must know how to write Multi-Thread code that involves VCL components in C++Builder 2009. Tasks: 1) I have a Console application written in C++Builder 2009 that receives real-time stock quotes through a COM object. I need this to be converted to a VCL based MDI application in C++Builder 2009. An MDI application is the standard application used with Windows XP/Vista/7 created by C++Builder2009. There is a sample MDI application in C++Builder 2009 that you can create and look at to see exactly what an MDI application is. 2) This is a real-time stock data receiver. It receives stock quotes over the internet through the COM object. The maximum number of stock symbols that can be monitored by the COM object is 100. With multiple stock symbols the stock quotes come in very fast. I need the MDI application to be written so that it can update VCL components for the different stock symbols without dropping data. This will require multi-threading the update to the VCL components. 3) I need a single button to START collecting real-time streaming data. 4) I need a single button to STOP collecting real-time streaming data. 5) I need to be able to modify the number of symbols being collected without deactivating the COM link. 6) The sample project I will provide has code for downloading historical data. This code is from one of the Console applications. As best as I can determine the historical data downloading code does not need to be changed in the VCL MDI application, but I am not sure. This code seems to work. I will need you to review this code in the MDI application and if it needs changes to work correctly in the MDI application, then make those changes.
