We need a add-in to outlook 2003/2007, the add-in should have some search option in the middle of the screen (like you click on a folder, and then the add-in is on the screen) There is some searching option, and then we do a xml-rpm call and presents the results. only devs with extensive outlook add-in experience are preferred.

Could you explain in more detail about your required plugin functions? This could be implemented well if we write the code which use VSTO for Outlook. This VSTO complies with Outlook 2003 and 2007 as well. And you can implement it for any Outlook folders. Let me know.
