Create a C# executable utilizing restful API calls and AWS DynamoDB

In search of experienced C# developer(s) who have experience working with DynamoDB. I need an Executable written in C# utilizing the [login to view URL] SDK. The executable will be scheduled to run in the background on a windows server as often as we configure it to. The executable will need to make several restful API calls to another website, and store all data from the JSON batch results from each call in an AWS DynamoDB table. The actions, attempted actions, and errors of the executable must be fully logged in a sql database. All parameters must be fully configurable in the app config. This executable will need to be completed within 5 calendar days from award.
