I need a full solution of an application that reads CallerId from a modem (bidder should suggest a well-known external USB modem type and model) then it passes caller Id to a server through an HTTP API call with some configurations like UserName and Password. Application should have configurations to save server URL, UserName and Password, then it should work as a background proccess.
