We have M2M device using a custom protocol. The protocol is already well defined and we need a C# library for the server part. The library should used Async methods for performance and scalability, but if the freelancer has other programming methods, they can be considered as well. The protocol has to work on the TCP-IP transport protocol but if you think you are able to make it work on the UDP as well, please state it in the your application. A document will be attached to the job offer so you can have a better understanding of what we need to acheive. If you have questions and/or observation about this custom protocol, attaching those to your application might help me choose the freelencer the most interested in our project.
