We are in need of a developer to build a .NET webapplication based on a predefined Functional and Graphic Design. In short the concept of the application is to send an SMS to a predefined list of mobile numbers. This way organisations / companies can reach their target groups in a quick and easy way. The application will provide the following functionalities: - Organisations / companies can make an account. If you have an account you can access the application. - Every account can manage lists of mobile numbers. You can create, update and manage new lists. - Mobile numbers can be added in multiple lists. - Messages can be created and then send it to one or more lists. - A history of the sent messages with their statistics can be viewed. - Messages are sent using credits. Credits can be bought through the application. The application should be build using - .NET C# as backend - Telerik ASP.NET AJAX Controls Q1 2014 OR JQuery as frontend - MS SQL Server 2008 as database - Telerik Data Access as data layer The application will be hosted on a server with .NET Framework 4.5 and IIS 7. SMS Studio (Code Segment) will be used to send the SMS messages. The Functional and Graphic design will be provided by us. As deliverables we expect the source code and database of a working application. A Technical Document which describes the code of the application is also required. I also have done a similar application to be used by a recruitment & selection company where some candidates list received automatic sms or email commanded by an operator ofter logged in the web system.
