Bullet Proof Server Needed

We need a Bullet Proof SMTP Email Server with monthly rotational ip to send marketing emails for free sales tips, newsletters and to promote free events for Business Owners, Presidents and Ceos. We are not selling or promoting the sale of anything, spamming, phishing or running any sort of scam. Although we fully comply with the can-spam act and our information is clearly visiable with opt out options, and we honor all opt out requests, we still recieve complaints as all marketers do from the occasional person that would rather complain than to opt out or, enter in the wrong information to opt out. And as any markter knows, one complaint can get you taken down and out of business whether legitimate or not. Never the less, that is what we need the Bullet Proof SMTP Email server for, to allow us to send legitimate mail to legitimate people with the security of knowing we wont be shut down due to one or two bad apples or regardless. We have our own email software and need a smtp server. This will be an ongoing business relationship and you must also be able to be reached within a reasonable amount of time should a situation arise. The previous company was terminated due to this reason as it would take 2-3 days to respond to a single email and problem resolution would take a week just to get a conversation out.
