I need a bulk mail expert to mail a list of 10,000 emails. 75% of emails are optin the rest are individuals who have expressed an interest in our product. You will have less then 3% spam complaint. I am looking for an expert bulk mailer with a high delivery rate and a good knowledge of this industry. I am also looking for someone who can provide reporting. Please respond if interested and let me know what you can offer me and what sorta reporting features you offer. I am looking for a 1 time quote for 10k. However if this goes well I will be doing this 3-4 times a month. Thank you for your time ~john
