My responsibilities also include monitoring and evaluation of the work of multiple project coordinators, ensuring they are all motivated and on the right track within their projects. Therefore I provide assistance and input in the areas of project proposal writing, strategic planning, and strategic communication. Additionally I am flexible in adjusting to continuous changes, and work well under stress.
