Hello. We have a server with dynamic IP's dedicated to email marketing for our clients. Because this is not a list we have seen before it's best to run it over the course of 3-7 days depending on the feedback for the first 5,000. (bounces, complaints etc). After the first run, repeats can be completed in less than 24 hours. The server thresholds these days for bounces is ridiculous (0.1%), that's most likely where you problem is coming from. We go through the list and ping all the addresses first, any that don't respond or respond slowly we remove before the mail out. I'll contact you with those results before we send. There is also a rather large do not mail list operated by the ISP's that some of your clients may have opted into long before they signed up on your website, there are ways around this as well but it costs. I'll clean the list through that as well and let you know how many fall into this category!
