Expressions of interest are sought for the design and preparation of drawings neccessary for renovations/re-development and landscaping to a residential property on 2000sqm of land in Sydneys North Western suburbs. The home is a 4 bedroom, timber home in Cape Cod type of style adjoining a bush reserve. The house renovations need to address poor passive heating design to warm the home in winter. The block itself has a number of remnant trees which are a positive feature. Any landscaping would need to complement the bush feel. Knowledge of bushfire zoning requirements essential. Shortlisted freelancers will be sent a detailed brief with plans, photos and details of the property. Expressions of interest should be in the form of a brief capability statement providing examples of recent residential projects and contact details
