Good day. I am familiar with Australian building codes and recently finished a container based hotel design for a project in NSW, Australia. My bid includes the base layout and submittal drawings. Any further changes or amendments required by client or city council are to be quoted separately. I do realize that my bid is substantially higher than your stated budget, I also realize the complexity of submitting construction paperwork to Australian councils.
